Over 15 years Alec has built a wealth of experience in the private and public sector as a facilitator and coach, offering communication skills development through practice. He continues to work as an Actor with many TV, Film and theatre credits. He applies many of those skills to provide support, development, feedback and to help people build on their personal impact and leadership style. Alec provides training, support and development to people who are either fresh into management roles or to Chief Executive and Board level individuals, offering appropriate challenge to help them develop and enhance their skills. When required to step up and develop, singers will rehearse, athletes will train, musicians will practice. Alec supports leaders to take that opportunity to prepare in the same way.

I’m very lucky to earn a living doing something I love. I have a lot of best days.

A cup of tea, 3 screens, one of my children’s minion toys and a pair of binoculars.

I walk on the Ridgeway near my house.
