MARC SOBOLEWSKI

Marc has worked as a certified trainer, consultant and facilitator since 2002, both in midsize as well as corporate companies. The majority of that work has been in business sectors like life science, consumer goods, services sectors and the building materials industry.

As a former sales and marketing guy who has spent 15 years in various leadership positions up to board level he knows how essential it is to invest into people and to build-up strong relationships. He is passionate about working with people, teams and functional units who run through major changes. Participants learn, feel and reflect about own behaviour and how other managers/team members are affected through own behaviour.

His tool box includes various training formats, workshop settings, empowerment and engagement formats, both for small and for large groups. Interventions and transfer mechanisms are included to enable participants to transfer learnings into daily business.
