Martin Smith is a specialist trainer with over twenty-five years training experience in interpersonal communication skills, conflict management and personal safety. He is also a psychotherapist specialising in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, phobias and post traumatic stress disorders. 

Martin is an accredited member of the BACP, a fellow of the Human Givens institute and a senior lecture in psychotherapy at Nottingham Trent University. He has been a trainer for nearly twenty years and in clinical private practice as a solution focused therapist for the past 10 years.
