Last book you read…
"Tales from the Night Rainbow" – a book on Molokai and Hawaii – stories told by Grandma, Kaili’ohe Kame’ekua of Molokai.

Your heroes include…Anyone/anything who/what inspired me to keep going ahead – so many that I cannot write only a few …..

Favourite line from a film…
Cannot remember the exact words, but in the movie Golden Child, a Tibetan child asks/tells the golden child from the US, "Why is it that in your country (the US) the larger the person’s ego the more respect he/she gets?  Here in Tibet, the smaller the ego the more respect he/she gains."

Best day at work (so far)…
When I notice a sense of fulfillment in the participants faces at the end of the day (then again, they might be just happy the day’s over….?).

Who make you laugh…
My wife.

Last journey you took…
To the island of Molokai (in Hawaii) where there are no traffic lights and no supermarkets.   And have some genuine local Ohana (friends)!

What’s on your desk…
Many different items on my desk every day, but my black trace file and my MacBook Pro are two sure things to be found on top of my desk.

How do you deal with stress…
Go jogging, meditate or sleep.

3 people you’d like to have dinner with (dead or alive)…
Jesus of Nazareth, Gandhi, One of my direct ancestors.

Favourite place…
There are many places I could think of, but funny I feel most comfortable sitting at my desk (like right now) in my home office where I have the view of the trees, a small beach area and the Tokyo Skyline beyond the water.
