NEIL MEYRICK

Neil has extensive international and multicultural experience. He has lived in 5 countries and speaks 9 languages.

After 11 years as a textiles salesman – culminating in setting up EMEA operations for an Indonesian manufacturer, he joined Dell in ’98 to train Dell’s sales people how to sell.

He planned to sell IT himself and get rich – but was seduced by learning the psychology behind  best sales practice. In a variety of learning and development roles he learned  facilitation skills and process  dynamics – the unspoken conversations in a room.

Neil designs, coaches and facilitates learning solutions across executive teams, groups and individuals. Key skills include talent development, change management, leadership, communication and coaching.

He enjoys unleashing individual, team  & organisational capability using a variety of new ways of working.

And occasional fire-breathing.
