I help people have better conversations; with their own inner voices, as teams and with leaders articulating their leadership messages. I coach, I facilitate and I run training courses; all focused in the behavioural world of team and leadership development.

I am endlessly curious about our inner and outer worlds and what makes people and teams effective and have a light hearted style that I use to tackle serious issues and challenges. I really enjoy the variety of what I do from 1:1 coaching to big conferences. I feel at home in the training room with my flip charts, post-its and pens and also in the deserts of Namibia where I have run leadership programmes using community projects as the vehicle for learning.
