SABINE BUCHELE GAUTIER

Sabine started her career in international sales and marketing for a leading multinational manufacturer and sales organisation in Austria.

Strongly interested in and passionate about human resources, Sabine gradually moved on to HR topics and finally took up the position of an HR and organisational development manager for an Austrian bank.

As internal consultant for middle and senior managers as well as the executive board her focus lay in recruitment, career and talent management, leadership development and change management.

Love made her leave Austria for France, where she started to work as a consultant and trainer in the field of assessment and skills development support to HR professionals and decision makers. Today Sabine works as a professional coach, consultant and trainer - committed to helping people towards personal growth and sustainable change that leads to organisational transformation.
