Silke Irmscher

Silke is a trainer, coach and facilitator with 15+ years’ experience of working with people at multinational companies in Indonesia that come from various national and cultural backgrounds.

She is passionate about stimulating others to take different perspectives and to develop flexibility in mind, communication and behaviour in order to create trustful relationships, thriving team spirit and effective global leadership.

Silke is driven by the curiosity for the inner worlds of people, the glue that holds teams together and also the energetic bigger picture. Her fascination for human energies has taken her on a quest to find out how the knowledge of energy science can be applied in business to help people perform better and connect deeper in order to make a positive change in the world.

All working parents that besides being healthy, successful and happy with what they do are also able to raise healthy, confident, open-minded and kind-hearted children in this increasingly complex world, and still have somewhat of a personal life.

Best day at work (so far)…
Can´t say, there were so many that were fulfilling and fun but for different reasons. For sure: It´s always the people involved that make a day becoming “best”.

My brother and my little daughter.

Hiking and camping at Telomoyo Mountain in Central Java, Indonesia.

What’s on your desk…
My MacBook, a printer, lots of folders with workshop documents, a glass of water and a couple of beautifully designed “I love you, Mama” messages that my daughters make while I´m on business trips.

How do you deal with stress…
Deep breaths, consequent mindfulness, yoga, long walks in nature and hugs from my beloved ones.

HH The Dalai Lama, Jokowi, and Oprah.

Favourite place…
Any alpine hut above 2,000 m in the Alps that can only be reached by walking or helicopter.
