SIMONE DOUANI

Simone has been working as a professional coach, trainer, facilitator and actor in corporate organizations for the past 10 years with experience in one-to-one sessions, performance and person-centred coaching, forum theatre, role play, personal development, presentation skills, influencing skills, negotiation, unconscious bias, courageous conversations and advanced communication workshops.

Among his clients, junior professional, senior managers, lawyers, c-suite professional.

He has been working in the corporate field in the UK, in Italy and worldwide delivering programs and coaching sessions both in English and in Italian.

Simone is a qualified ICF (International Coach Federation) ACC accredited coach. He also gained a postgraduate diploma in Mindfulness coaching, Relationship coaching and Group coaching.

Above all Simone has developed a holistic approach in coaching and training with a particular attention to tailoring his work on the specific needs of the client. He believes that through a deep understanding of ourselves and how we react to others we can unlock our full power and achieve our personal and professional goals.

My acting teacher, he is now 95 years old and he is still teaching acting always with the same passion and strength.

Doctors and nurses…everyday they are saving lives all around the world. A mission more than a job.

Any day when I see a sparkle of light in the people I am working with.

My cats when they fight.

Climbing Mount Sinai to see a wonderful sunrise.

Ah good question… Many things.. Pictures, pens, my laptop, my cats and always a good book.

How do you deal with stress…
What is stress?

Meryl Streep (to have a very funny and interesting conversation), Angela Lansbury (to find out the secret of eternal youth) and Leonardo Da Vinci (a genius).

Many favourite places.  I love Sicily a lot where the beauty of the sea is connected with colours, air, kindness and amazing food.
