Soft skills are actually really hard!

It was a privilege to work with the most senior leaders of an R&D organisation helping them to consider the impact of their behaviours on others.  Clearly their brilliant, scientific and analytical brains are producing great results, yet it's through leadership where these gains can be multiplied through their teams. 

These leaders are brave enough to face themselves, their own leadership derailers and are prepared to consider their own development going forward. 

So here's 3 cheers to senior leaders who are prepared to tackle the "soft" hard stuff.
