So, what happens when you get 150 senior leaders in one room for 3 days to focus on business strategy? It is going to be boring right? Same old blah blah and endless Powerpoint slides? Not for this amazing team.
Clearly something was going to happen - it was called the MAD conference. MAD stands for “Making A Difference”. Powerpoint was banned and central to the event was dialogue, conversation and creativity. The event was highly energising, great fun and generated new insights, decisions and an opportunity to strengthen relationships. Perhaps going MAD is (occasionally) useful?
