Each Skill Bite is:
90 minutes - focused, energising and purposeful
Highly participative - with multiple ways to contribute, including reflection and discussion
Virtual or face-to-face delivery
Real world application focused
Small groups (maximum 15 participants) to support psychological safety
Our experienced global facilitators adapt each session to the context, culture and moment people are in, responding in real time to different communication styles and levels of confidence.
