We are delighted to announce that our long-standing Sladen family member, Karina Leyser, has joined us in a permanent role as Head of Sustainability.
Karina's role will help strengthen two important areas of our work: supporting and developing our incredible community of facilitators, and leading our sustainability agenda and the Sladen Butterfly Fund.
Karina brings a rare combination of deep expertise, thoughtful leadership and creative thinking. She has a remarkable ability to bring clarity to complexity, helping people and organisations make sense of challenges, spot connections and create meaningful progress.
We love sharing a little of the person behind the role, and one of the things we admire most about Karina is her belief that even the most complex situations can be navigated with curiosity, patience and optimism.
As Karina says:
